The existing PV plant of 400 kWp (south orientation) was expanded by 600 kWp (east-west orientation) to a total PV plant of
approx. 1.000 kWp. As a result, the available roof area is almost fully utilised and represents a total electricity production of
approx. 900 MWh/year (comparable to the consumption of 200 households!). ? 2/5ths of the site’s total electricity consumption is now generated locally. Of the PV production, 4/5th is consumed locally each year and only 1/5th is injected into the grid.
